You may find it hard to tear yourself away from Seawood, even for a little sightseeing. With generous space throughout and high ceilings adding to the sense of space, it’s the perfect place for families and friends to come together and create special memories.

The formal dining room is a light-filled show-stopper, with generous proportions and commanding views of Combe Martin beach and Little hangman – the perfect setting for memorable and intimate dinners with family or friends to suite the most memorable of occasions. Floor to ceiling glazing frames beach, rolling hills and sea in the distance.
Kitchen
Adjoining contemporary kitchen integrates cooking and socialising with kitchen island and a gorgeous bay window with views out to the beach. Equipped with high-quality appliances including dual oven, fine china dining set, high spec cookware, food processor, the kitchen contains everything you need for a straightforward self-catering through to a fancy special menu for a special occasion.
Snug Room
Snug room is equipped with 55″ Smart OLED TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Freeview licence. It is also supplied with board games, books, and toys – a quiet hide away for reading or relaxing on those rainy days. For added flexibility, the snug offers a cosy retreat with a pull-out sofa bed for those cosy movie nights or if teenagers don’t wish to share the room!
BEDROOM-1 (EnsuiTE)
Located in the modern extension of the historic house, Bedroom 1 is a spacious and elegant retreat. It features a king-size bed, bifold doors opening onto the deck, garden with sea views, and generous proportions complemented by a walk-in wardrobe area.
BEDROOM-2
A spacious and light-filled dual-aspect bedroom with four-poster king-size bed, combining modern comforts with a tasteful nod to the historic character of the house. Captivating views of the bay and lush rear garden inviting long, unhurried mornings.
BEDROOM-3
A charming bunk room with full standard single size beds, views of the bay – perfect for younger guests, but can be used by adults as well. Choice of books are also available to suite younger guests across a few age groups.
BEDROOM-4
A flexible super king split-link room, offering the option of a super-king or two singles, ideal for couples or friends travelling together. Views of the beach and bay from bed.
BAthROOMS
Bathrooms are supplied with aromatic bathroom products, plush bath towels and hand towels. The upper floor features a spacious family bathroom with original ceramic bath and a separate shower, while a beautifully finished full bathroom downstairs offers a modern walk-in shower.
Outdoors
Step outside into a secluded, beautifully landscaped garden, designed to make the most of Seawood’s sensational sea views and natural tranquillity. The lower lawn is accessible from the sitting room and features a picnic bench and bistro table – perfect for sunlit breakfasts or sun downers.
A raised terrace, reached from Bedroom 1, offers another secluded spot with seating and sweeping views across the water – an idyllic place to watch the boats drift by or spot dolphins on the horizon.
