Please note the following before you book:
- Booking is for a maximum of 8 guests and 1 infant.
- The lead guest must be over the age of 21 years.
- We collect a £300 good housekeeping deposit with the final payment. The housekeeping deposit is refundable after your stay is complete.
- For stays of up to 6 guests in low season, a 10% discount applies when Bedroom 2 (four-poster room) is not used. This will be applied automatically and shown in the price breakdown.
- Long stay discounts apply out of season (July & August):
- 10% off 7–14 nights
- 20% off 14–21 nights
- 30% off 21–28 nights

- 25% of the booking fee is non-refundable
- 100% of the booking fee plus good housekeeping deposit is payable 8 weeks from commencement of your stay.
